Refund & Return Policy

At Country Creed, every product is made-to-order, ensuring top quality and originality. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days at info@countrycreed.com with:
    • Order number
    • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • If approved, a replacement order will be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales are final for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if your order is not delivered within 30 days or if a replacement is unavailable for a damaged product.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office and neighbors before reaching out.
